MotoGP » Marc VDS claims 'binding' Jack Miller contract

CONT: by riding for and accepting the "benefits" from AJO, he creates a reasonable EXPECTATION. this is why, there's "no free lunch". the only way to escape this was to have rejected the deal in it's entirety, never turning a wheel with AJO, and went and rode for another team. another team which might see him wobbling around P15, at which point the racing world wouldn't care or know from Jack Miller...?

MotoGP » Marc VDS claims 'binding' Jack Miller contract

re: "Sounds like Marc VDS are trying to wrap him up now" motivations aside, and regardless of what's unfolded, Marc VDS demonstrated "intent" to wrap him up well BEFORE now... and that's what's critical. PS: in the event of Jack winning, then yes, MVDS will just have to pay more. that's the flip side benefit to having signed a document. at this point, MVDS just wants it clear that first negotiations begins with them. you don't however get the luxury of NOT returning phone calls. pick up the phone or send a text and tell 'em, stop buggin me we're going to talk, it just won't be till November.

WSBK » Rea splashes to fourth win as Aprilias tangle

re: "I wonder if there will be the same backlash with SG50 & MM33 as there was with Baz and Sykes." A: you bet your a$$. re: "Guintoli came from a long way back to attempt a pass on Melandri around the dipping left-hander..." ...only for it to end in tears. and NOW laymen see more clearly why it's always best just to heed s1's advice regarding the folly of battling team-mates, than lean on your own understanding. do that...? and your chances of success increase by a factor of 10.

MotoGP » Marc VDS claims 'binding' Jack Miller contract

re: "My point is this if they dont have any contract sign then Miller can do what haver he whant" sounds like he does have a signed contract of some sort, and it sounds multi-part, otherwise we would have to assume he's riding for AJO "gratis" (Latin "for free")...? if you accept that logic/rationale thought is a cornerstone of Jurisprudence...? then it unfortunately means NO COURT on the planet would make that assumption, nor accept it as reasonable. people doing stuff for "free" (like brokering a competitive Moto3 ride) is just a bike world fantasy. in the real world of business, "free lunch" doesn't exist.
