MotoGP » Hayden: I need to get healthy

re: "I need to go home and get healthy,” uhh, yeah. we've already had this discussion. re: "I'll go home and see some doctors and see what we can do." HUSTLE UP...!!! Fremont awaits pal. if you hurry, you may even get to hang out with more than a few Superbikers...? Larry says he's still waiting on that 5 bucks you owe him from Mid-Ohio so he'll meet you out front. he's bringing Aaron so don't try to run. :) 3 words... Ono Hawaiian Barbeque. oh and text Tom, word is he's providing "high speed ground transportation" in and around the Bay area like so much Yorkshire Steve McQueen. he and Baz are on "Man-cation". Melandri wanted in, figured there's more than enough room in the back.

MotoGP » Riders want changes after ‘dangerous’ pit start

re: "now when everybody goes in to change the bike it does not matter if you were on pole positon" correct, but nobody said it wasn't a gamble. that's the risk. if you leave the grid (for any reason), you effectively FORFEIT your qualifying position. the organizers have gone through great pains to "organize" a structured race. well guess what...? it began over on the STARTING line. we in race direction and the TV boys have a schedule to keep. (see Bradl gets it)

WSBK » Laguna Seca - Race results (2)

re: "I don't think Yates and May are the right guys. I'd get at least one WSBK vet on the machine" no, erik made EXACTLY the right call. he understands the power of NATCORK. as we now see from my opening declarations on the season, who is (or isn't) on the bike matters not until such time the kit gets sorted. this was always going to take more than a year.
