WSBK » Giugliano: I don’t understand why I’m crashing so often

re: "The Duc may not be the winning package it once was, but should be podium capable in the right hands." well that's thing, in the past it didn't need the right hands, anybody could jump on it and have a REAL shot of making history. over the past 20+ years the "right hands" amounted to no less than 17 different dudes. now word to the wise to those fixing their face to shout "displacement advantage"...? that's fine, you can do that, just as long as you follow it with the shout... "i'm a parroting laymen who hasn't been paying attention".

re: "considering the money Ducati are throwing at it..... Embarrassing" they're not throwing money at it actually. the effort is completely token and superficial compared to the days of Xerox, Fila, Infostrada. they aren't mugs, 20 years of data already told them the bike is unfit for racing. they cancelled Christmas on WSBK for a reason. there was never ANY intent to come back, it was ALL IN for grandprix. if the D16 had gone according to plan...? we would still be reminiscing about the colourful antics of Tardozzi in the past tense. as it just so happens, the D16 didn't go to plan.

Q: name the fundamental difference between the 1198R he managed to win a title on...? and the Pani R he's been crashing all year on...? (Jeopardy music plays)
