BSB » Alex Lowes parts ways with WFR Honda

Alex is a fantastic rider (as is Sam) and to tie him with such a stupid contract was never going to happen. The WFR team have dropped a major b*ll*ck there because whoever picks this lad up is sure to be in the spotlight for however long he rides for them.If he can do what he's done on an evo bike it will be a safe bet he will win on a proper BSB spec bike. This lad has a very bright future ahead of him and i hope he gets a really good bike in time for the next round.Well done to him for parting company with that team.

WSBK » Stunned Laverty stamps mark on WSBK

"JT's problem was (and is) JT, not the bike. Posted by 999" JT spent the previous 2 yrs learning how to ride a GP prototype and therefore had to change his style completely in order to do that which if you look at his first year in GPs he did a bloody good job of.The first year of bridgestone tyre development didn't work for him but he returned to WSB last year riding a bike that didn't handle very well and had to re-learn how to ride it like a superbike and not a GP machine.Bit of a tall order when you think about it logically. How many times does Toseland usually crash during an entire season ? Not many, don't think he crashed out of any races during his final GP year. He's having a run of bad luck lately but unless he actually retires he's still in with a chance of turning it around. There are plenty of riders in WSB that have long passed there sale by date but keep going and have not achieved half of what JT has,yet you guys don't slag them off? I guess you can't educate sh1te !

BSB » John Hopkins scores maiden BSB victory

Yet another great weekend of BSB racing right across the board, gutted for Tommy Hill and Tommy Bridewell but sure they will both bounce back but how great it was to see The Hopper finally win (and so early into the season) and something i think he will repeat a few times this season. I've always liked him as a person and as a rider and think it's great to have him over here in BSB.It says a lot about the BSB championship with the amount of foreign riders now in it and the factory support we've had over here for the last several years.Long may both of those factors continue.Plus the sun has been out since before the start of the season,i mean thats pretty f*cked up for us isn't it !!!. And LONG may that continue :-)

WSBK » Toseland: Surgeon saved my career

If Toseland's wrist is fixed well enough to enable him to race then i don't see any reason why he won't be inside the top 10 at some point within the next few races. The team and JT had made vast improvements to his bike just before that accident which could make a difference to his results, this latest injury is just another set back that he will overcome. You don't win championships if you're not prepared to fight for it and JT is a proven fighter with the results to back it up.The setbacks he's had to deal with over the last 2 yrs or so will just fuel his desire to fight back.If he had no fight left in him he would have retired after this latest injury.A true Brit never gives up,but plenty of others love to knock them back because they basically have no idea what they are talking about.
