F1 » Sauber appeal against van der Garde court decision

van der Garde may win the battle but lose the war. Sauber is walking a fine line to stay in business. van der garde is placing his advantage as more important than the livelihoods of 300 employees at Sauber. I would imagine this is well noticed down the pitlane and van der Garde will likely find he is un-employable by any but the most desperate of underfinanced teams in the future. And he probably could of had the second Manor chair without going to court.
