I wonder if someone can help me here, because I'm really struggling to understand this, as far as I can see, entering the final safety car period, Trulli was third and Hamilton was fourth. As the cars went past the scene of Vettel and Kubica's accident, Trulli hit debris and went off track, leaving Hamilton no real option but to pass him. Once Trulli was back on track, Hamilton, as instructed by his team over the radio (which is now publically available I believe), slowed to let Trulli back past, meaning positions were as they were when the safety car came out. Now, unless I'm missing something here, I can't see how anyone, from Mclaren or Toyota, has in any way lied or cheated here...

British MotoGP moves to Silverstone.
2 agree.
unless they get rid of the stupid chicane at Woodcote, the racing at Silverston is going to be crap. To be honest, if the riders are happy to race at places like Laguna Seca, I don't see what their problem with Brands is, if the race was held there it would be epic!

Jordan: F1 medal idea 'a nonsense'.
1 agrees.
1 disagrees.
As people have said above, I really think BE's lost the plot now. The great thing about a points system is that it awards the most consistent drivers, not the ones who are quick at only a handful of tracks. Quite how he thinks this is going to make F1 more interesting I have no idea. Most F1 races are fairly spread out by around 2 thirds distance, so the idea of this increasing overtaking is complete rubbish. All this is going to do is make the championship as a whole far less interesting, as the chance of it going down to the last race as it has in the last 2 years is now going to be zero. If this system does come into effect, F1 will have lost any shred of credibility that it once had...

Donington F1 decision delayed.
4 agree.
Warning: what follows may be considered by some to be deeply cynical. Bernie's had this planned out from day one. He knew that Donington was never going to be able to get up to his standards in the amount of time they had, so it's given him an excuse to scrap the British GP altogether. Ultimately, what it comes down to is Bernie being bitter that the BRDC won't let hime join. Frankly, the sooner he loses all his money in his divorce the better as far as I'm concerned, can't stand the little ****

125: Redding nominated for BBC award.
I realise this may not achieve much in the long run, but i've started a petition for people to show their support for Scott, you can find it at www(dot)gopetition(dot)co(dot)uk/online/23304.html and if it gets enough signatures it might convince the BBC that he deserves the award, so feel free to sign it and pass it on to as many people as possible! cheers
