This is the 2nd time we got rain during race weekend, if it continues happen to jerez and Le Mans I think FIM or Dorna should consider a rider raincoat and a propeller in case of a floods. :)

Nicky may satisfy as the second best ducati's, but I don't think it worth for a satisfaction in 12th position. I think I get deja vu ...

It doesn't really matter if Rossi qualify in 2nd position or 3rd, as long as he can manage a good start.. that's crucial. But I can't remember when he had one, if he started in 1st position usually being push back down to 3rd or 4th at the end of the first lap. And only shows his superior ability from there on, he can't repeat this tradition anymore otherwise Stoner gone in distance.

As always Casey was in TOP before Rossi uses his last minute magic forcing him down to second. :) If the time last longer for another minute or two, I'm sure Stoner will be in top again... Stoner just playing a catch up.

Race 700: April 2009 - Motegi, Japan de'Angerous takes victory in a controversial race where he bumping his Honda in to Valentino Rossi's and Casey Stoner's bike at the last corner when the doctor was going to overtake Stoner. All of them were then slide in to the gravel, but de'Angerous was able to make a sprint crossing the finish line. :) well... just a joke guys, don't take it too seriously, I'm kind of boring at the moment :)

monster, you needs to discuss this with a former MotoGP Champion regarding how Stoner uses TC, the more you use TC the slower you'll go. The way Stoner ride the ducati is incredible, but he's not riding missile with a laser guided system :) Quote from motogp.com: "He's the one with the least active traction control as well, when the other Ducati riders were getting pushed to the outside by the bike at Jerez's Ferrari corner, he was getting on the gas to hit the apex."

I don't think d'Angerous could impress Honda at Motegi. It's heavily demand on acceleration (Factory Spec) and a very good braking skill. Even if d'Angerous have Rossi's late braking skill, he'll get passes by the others when out of corner. And I see Toni has both more than him :)
