I have several problems with this story. It comes out of Germany & only BMW & Mercedes are on track! Hmmm of course everybody else is behind!! Am I the only 1 out there that understood Ferrari would slowly introduce Their system over the course of the Yr.? And now, with Max starting to back peddle (again) How many Teams will simply stop development & wait for Mad Max to clarify the rules as they apply this Month? Also, remember Max is Campaining for Prez! Perhaps He's trying to pacify Ferrari. I think Luca will try very hard to Oust Him Major powerplay coming in F1, perhaps KERS will be the Catalyst? Besides, KERS will only be interresting when there is an imbalance between Teams.
