MotoGP » Marc Marquez explains Phillip Island black flag

It would seem a lot of people on this site are either deaf or the commentators on the channel they're on don't know what they're talking about. Now I don't have any inside info and depend on the commentators to keep me up to date on what's going on. They said quote the race is 19 laps they HAVE to come in on lap 9 or 10 and change bikes as the tyres could possibly blow up also because they all had to come in on lap 9 or 10 also the throttle line had been moved for safety sake. All riders were told this and like some folks who either watch their racing on a channel where the commentators are useless or they just don't listen.. The commentators on speed were right on the money so I wasn't surprised when the penelties were handed out.

MotoGP » HAVE YOUR SAY: Name your Wizard of Oz!

@hoppy. Totally agree mate he made one mistake and lost two places only to get them back within seconds, he rode a fantastic race. As for the penalties handed out they were all warned and knew what would happen well according to the commentators on speed anyway.as it would seem the commentators on some of the other channels didn't know what they were talking about OR perhaps those listening whose eyes were affected also had hearing problems.

MotoGP » Nicky Hayden to Aspar Honda

Does anyone watch moto2 how Redding Closes in and sometimes passes on the corners only to get hammered down the straights. Of all the world champions I've seen in my life Nicky would have to be the luckiest. To those who say I'm wrong and I'm sure there will be a few, please nominate another.

MotoGP » Lorenzo: It’s a pleasure

Why is it when engineering or as it is at the moment electronics computers etc hit an invisible brick wall and only the companies with truckloads of cash are able to creep forward. In the late 50s when all the works teams pulled out of racing MV won all the categories 125, 250, 350 and 500, big deal they were the only works team in the paddock. Then along came Honda and in their second year thrashed their sorry a$$ and they quickly withdrew from the lightweight classes, while staying in the 350 and 500 as they had no competition. So who fought it out in the lightweights well that would be Honda and Yamaha with a bit of extra competition from Suzuki and MZ and that fight went on to engineering heady heights until FIM pulled the pin, and all the fun went out of GP racing for many years, perhaps we are in for another cycle however I doubt it would be as bad as the last, personally I couldn't see it bring as bad as the last time, the lightweights never really recovered.
