MotoGP » Stoner: We can tick the engine off our list…

@Codger. I know back in the day when a rider was lucky if he had a part time mechanic and even the works boys only had one, but times have changed now everyone has engineers mechanics ( engine frame tyre and computer experts all part of a team which give the rider the best possible bike they can so it's only fair that he gives them credit for their work. While the rider is the most important it would be almost impossible to win without his team.

Codger: samas......Good ole days eh. You only needed one mechanic to decide how many teeth to have on the rear wheel. What changes you and I, and a few others, have witnessed over the years. Oh dear...I'm starting to fill up. I know why Casey does it.....I just can't get used to it :)
Codger I must say I've forgotten one stand out racer who sat up half the night with a couple of beers and tinkered with his bike came in on race day ai the last minute looking half asleep and went on to blow the rest of the racers into the dust, but that is a rare happening and in MHO will never happen again but his name is etched into the history of motorcycle racing and I know you will know who I'm talking about.

MotoGP » Runner-up Dovizioso salutes 'much better' GP16

First few laps Ducati one two and pulling away slowly but surly had a fair gap I am delighted the first time since Bayliss Caparossi and then Dovi ****s in in front of crazy Joe who sees red throws it away JLo catches up passes Dovi game over, now I will wonder for the rest of my live if Dovi hadn't passed crazy would they have continued to slowly pull away ???? AI is the one who would have kept the hammer down no offence to Dovi I really like him but AI I'm not saying JLo would not have caught them but IMHO he would have had a much harder time, is there anyone who observes out there not just say Oh Rossi's going to win JLo's going to win MM's going to win cause as far as I'm concerned it ain't over until the flag falls. Great 3 races by the way, Oh yes and the booing of JLo on the podium just go's to show the difference between GP fans and figure that out for yourselves.

MotoGP » Iannone: I’m sure I could have fought with Jorge

AusssieNsw: @samas G'Day mate yea I was also delighted when I seen the two Duc's in front and I agree with you I think if Crazy Joe had not touched the white line I think it would be very close at the end,I have to say though that JLO is a brilliant rider I have said it on here many times he is the closest I have ever seen to the Poetry in motion man G.Duke, what do you think?
Yes I totally agree with I really think at the moment JLo is the bees knees as was Geoff, However I'm a Ducati fan and really want to see them win a race more than any particular rider don't get me wrong over my many years of being a GP fan I have had quite a few favourites among them JLo and GD from the smoothness of Geoff to the wild riding of ( same era ) Ray Amm the flexability of Mike Hailwood and Casey Stoner they and many more have a special place in my heart.

Hi Aussie agree with your comment 100 percent AI had he not lost it in a red mist would have pulled away slowly but surely both Ducati's had pulled away if only a little but when Dovi started to fight for the lead well what can I say work together boys we all know when a fight for a place starts the rest of the field catch's up if a lead rider is pulling away albeit slowly don't fight think of the team and perhaps later on in the race if there is a good gap then you can think about who's going to win. Me I just want to see a Ducati one two it's been a while Bayliss Caparossi from memory but being a Ducati fan that's what I want to see and I really don't care in what order, but for six laps I WAS DELIGHTED.
