F1 » Alonso: Second place feels like victory

Safety car or lack thereof last time aided Nico, this time it didn't. Same rules apply for all and sometimes it fall's your way and other times it don't. As I said yesterday in regards to the conspiracy lot........sh1t happens and hopefully that sh1t will even out between the two of them over the season and won't be the deciding factor in the title race Back to Alonso, bloody brilliant drive from him, honestly don't think any other driver on that grid could have done that in the Ferrari.

F1 » Ricciardo wins Hungarian thriller

Brilliant race, best in my memory of this track. Merc owe Lewis an apology re:orders had he followed them he wouldn't have gotten on the podium. Merc were looking at the immediate situation rather than the race as a whole. Daniel made the most of his tyre advantage and Fernando made the most of his position..... great drive from the two of em. The biggest winners were the viewers today :)

F1 » Mercedes fire knocks Hamilton out of Q1

I feel for him today tbh, what a kick in the nuts. The most unlucky guy I saw over a couple of years was a guy called Pasini in the lower moto GP classes. He started well for a season then had two solid years of bad luck.....even when he looked like winning at one point his chain broke with a couple of laps to go. It happens sometimes, no conspiracy required folks What was good was his reaction, much better than his Monaco meltdown. Maybe he really is learning something out of all this. As for podium...not on this track unless the weather plays a part.
