F1 » Rosberg rubbishes deliberate mistake rumours

Oh this is brilliant! Nico should have kept his mouth shut as apparently denying it happened means (according to the majority of posters/likers) it was even more likely to have been on purpose. I really need some of what you lot are smoking lol :) And because Toto smiled at the point Lewis got past also confirms the conspiracy hehehe. Made my day, just back from me holidays and having an absolute nightmare with my motorbike which really put a dampener on my day...this has done a small amount to put a smile back on me face. Right, i'm off to fake a moon landing using just some tin foil trays and fishing line and a couple of swan vestas...who's up for it? :)

F1 » Hamilton: It’s far from over

Jiri Simek: Monza will definitely be pretty thrilling. RedBull took a gamble with the downforce setup at Spa and suddenly had enough speed that carried them on par with Mercedes on the straights. So Ricciardo has a realistic chance to fight for the win. Not to mention what the Merc duo can do wrong this time :)))
Sorry mate but you have missed the bit where Merc take all of their downforce off the motor......RB were against a Merc that was downforced up when that happened. Monza won't be like that as much as I would like to see the fight widened to include more teams other then just the Merc's work outfit

richard: 35. what has that got to do with it? in sennas day you couldnt stop in the race and run back to another car. mind you, in the 50s and before, you could in fact stop your car and take over your teammates car. do you think that others running at the back, such as m4xie should ask to park his car because he was outside the points, or wanted to save an engine?
Vettel was pulled over this year as well to save an engine. Correct? Or does it only count when Lewis does it.
Wasn't Vettel instructed by the team to pull over? Lulu asked to retire. I think there's a difference there.
He did ask the team because he thought it better to save the engine, the team were hoping for an SC to come out and ended up calling him in as he suggested in the first place....reality is that the team were looking at the bigger picture... which didn't come to fruition.... so Lewis thought process was actually

107SS2009: “It’s far from over” that sounds much better than bagging the team to park the car, something which Senna would never contemplate.
I'm sorry but you cannot possibly know that, there was no ship to shore radio back then. I won't defend some of Lewis outbursts but I have said many times before, many of the driver's in the past would have their reputations tarnished if the media and technology were of the same level back then as it is now....whether that comms in car, the Internet or anything else you might want to think of.
