F1 » Hamilton has no fear of losing F1 title

No he has had his faults on the track and I was appalled by his behaviour after Monaco and said as much at the time but since then his attitude has improved significantly and he really does seem to have grown up. He is saying all the right things and his driving has been what has done most of the talking which is what most of us have wanted to see. If he gets it this year I can see him romping it next year as Nico won't be able to match him and I don't see any team improving enough to catch the Mercs. Good weekend of motorsport coming up with last round of MotoGP and F1 in Brazil. Let's enjoy it, season almost over and then we'll all be in mourning awaiting the new season :)

F1 » Alonso: I can choose where I want to go

Some pretty harsh comments on here, the article doesn't really say that much. I'm not his biggest fan but he has dominated Kimi this year and seems to get more out of his car than anyone he is paired with (for the most part). He is also recognised by most in the know within F1 to be the most complete driver there. I agree re: McLaren being made to wait, or at least their drivers but he may not be in a position to talk contractually. Be very surprised if he isn't in F1 next year

F1 » F1: Double points could ‘overshadow season’ – Wolff

To be clear, the issue here is about the points not about the drivers, if the boot was on the other foot and Nico was in Lewis' position then we'd be saying the exact same thing. And it's even been recognised by Bernie who scrapped the double points idea before this season had even finished. He only did it in the first place to ensure he kept the race hosts sweet...them not wanting a meaningless final race when they've paid through the nose for the privilege of having it.

MotoGP » Rossi unveils new Yamaha R1 Superbike

It is not pretty, those two lights are awful....having said that, you remove those lights, leave the LED slits and it then looks more acceptable. Once those lights are gone it looks like an M1 front. 16-17k price tag is a bit ouch, the R1M rumoured at 25k and the Kwak has just been unveiled which is think is 25-30k and then the full fat one is meant to be about 55k so makes the R1 look cheap lol. The Kwak has it on the looks front imo.
