Even Micheal knows that WSBK will produce more interesting racing - its a fantastic series and is eminently more watchable than MotoGP (although I am a huge fan of both series).

Its good to see such a high profile sportsman like Micheal appearing in the bike paddocks - can only help our sport.

Lol! Thinking back I am not sure why tea came to mind - the innocence of youth or something.

Crash should do a "meet the sponsors" segment over the course of a season so we know what they are as "Go Eleven" means nothing to me. I remember back when Biaggi was sponsored by "Chesterfield" - I thought it was a brand of teabags!

I expected Leon to be a top 2, and I felt Cal underperformed a bit, especially after saying early in the season that he was Shakeys main rival.

The WSBk formula seems to allow for competitive bike no matter who the manufacturer is (except Kawasaki of course!) so I am expecting them all to be front runners early in the season.

I think its because riders have a much better appreciation of grip levels. When driving our car on wet roads I always judge the surface grip as if I was on a bike, but the lumbering beast lets you get away with conditions that would end in tears on 2 wheels. Put a proffesional bike racer who lives on the edge of grip - and knows only too well how much it hurts to overstep the mark - into a steel cage, where being punished for oversteeping the boundaries is less painful and they are bound to impress.

Rossi in WSBK would be fantastic, I wonder if he looks across with envy at some of the close racing?

If the live races ever clash I will watch WSBK in preference to Motogp. Lately after a GP I feel like my sunday has been wasted and I should have been doing something useful with tools about the house.

Corser does seem to lack that final killer instinct that Bayliss and Haga have which lets them pull victory from seemingly impossible positions - but then its easy to criticise when not actually wrestling one of those fire breathers around a track!
