People here are blowing this out of proportion a tad. Ive seen far more negligent incidents receive no penalty at all! No racer WANTS to crash, Josh got caught out by a bump on the inside of the track, which can happen when you don't know the track that well.

When Casey was winning in 2007 and 08 it was always because of the bike according to Rossi's fans, despite the poor performance of every other Duc on the grid. Now Rossi and Lorenzo are 1-2 virtually every race, and Yamaha hasn't missed a podium for about 30 races but you have a tantrum if anybody mentions the advantage the M1 has. To be taken seriously in a debate you need something called credibility..
