F1 » Vettel urged to apologise to F1 fans

So you guys would claim you caught a six in cricket even with your foot over the boundary if it meant winning the match? Victory has to have honour. If you win dishonestly and still sleep comfortably at night then you are to be pitied. I like the Seb and think he will make a statemeant of either apology or explanation. I also think that if an opportunity arises this season, he will deliberately allow Mark to overtake in order to make amends.

F1 » New line-up for Toro Rosso in F1 2012

@sodesu So its better for F1 to have Massa stumbling around in 7th place while his teammate is challenging for wins, rather than let some young hothead have his one shot at the target he's been dreaming of since he first sat in a pedal-car at the age of 3? I mean no disrespect to your opinion, and I understand the importance of gathering reliable points for the constructors championship but its my opinion that many drivers are simply addicted to the lifestyle and drag their careers on much longer than they should.

F1 » New line-up for Toro Rosso in F1 2012

Mart993 said earlier that getting into F1 is the easy bit -staying there is the trick, F1 is no place for journeymen. Yet, F1 currently has quite a few wrinkly old butts in seats that could be used for new talent. What are Tonio, Rubens, Felipe, Pedro, Timo or Jarno really contributing to their teams or the spectacle of F1? They have all had their chances in decent cars and been trounced by their teammates. If experienced drivers help develop the cars, then put them in the development team for a Friday drive. F1 seats should be for the exceptionally talented (and the search for them) not geriatrics looking to top up their superannuation. If youve had a couple of seasons in a good car and didnt shine then say goodbye. Jaime is good, Im sure he will remain in F1 somewhere.

F1 » Ecclestone ready to axe Austin Grand Prix

Every time Bernie issues one of the statements you have to ask 'Why'. We all know his only interest is the height of his money heap, and he will manipulate any situation to increase it. I expect there will be the usual 'Bernie Backflip' in a few days and he will be saying the opposite having, having pressured the situation to his own advantage. No amount of money will make you taller Bernie.

F1 » Renault ready to wait longer for Kubica

Just retire please Rubens, how much superannuation can one man need? This also applies to Felipe, Jarno, Heiki and Tonio. All youre doing is keeping young hopefuls out of a race seat. If you have had an opportunity in a top team and not made it then admit youre not good enough and use your experience in the design/ development team. Race seats in F1 should be for the obviously abnornally gifted like Seb, Lewis, Fernando and Robert etc.
