MotoGP » Smith ready to fight for Tech 3 seat

Say what you want about Cal landing one of the best bikes on the grid next year but at least he has proven his race pace on numerous occasions. Bradley on the other hand just hasn't, not once can I recall him fighting for the positions that bike is capable of. He seems to move about far too much on the bike, something that Pol figured out and corrected early in the season. He is better off going to moto2 and gearing himself up for an assault on the championship.

MotoGP » Cal Crutchlow stays at Ducati

In the few normal races he has had he only finished a few seconds behind dovi in france and a second behind in germany, race pace ain't that terrible I guess. As much as he puts his foot in it sometimes I do find Cal a likeable character and if Ducati give him a much improved bike next year he will have no problems running near the best of rest spot behind the top 4.

MotoGP » Rossi, Yamaha confirm two-year deal

If he qualified in the top 3 every race I bet a lot of the haters would keep their traps shut, they would simply have no other choice because he always finishes around the podium. Yes we know he isn't the fastest over 1 hot lap, yes im sure some of the other guys could qualify the bike better but if you look at the guy who's race pace is most consistently close to his qualy lap you will see its 46. Ive never ridden a bike but I imagine that takes a lot of skill and talent, something which has won him nine championships and the biggest following. Congrats Vale. Cant wait to see him braking at the bottom of the waterfall now his bike is sorted!

MotoGP » We're closer to beating Marquez, says Rossi

I'm inclined to believe the Honda does have an advantage in acceleration, even Pol said so after following one/several at Mugello and comparing it to the yam and ducati first hand. The next two tracks are probably his best shot at a win until Phillip Island rolls round so hope he can at least qualify well and maintain a constant pace for the whole race unlike Mugello and Barca where he had 3 or so bad laps at each.
