MotoGP » We're closer to beating Marquez, says Rossi

I'm inclined to believe the Honda does have an advantage in acceleration, even Pol said so after following one/several at Mugello and comparing it to the yam and ducati first hand. The next two tracks are probably his best shot at a win until Phillip Island rolls round so hope he can at least qualify well and maintain a constant pace for the whole race unlike Mugello and Barca where he had 3 or so bad laps at each.

MotoGP » Rossi 'Lorenzo frustrated', Marquez 'fun is faster'

FATE I really don't see what kind of point your trying to make. Do you think Jorge would have welcomed Marc with open arms if Yamaha were trying to poach him when he moved to the top class? Of course not. As for whoever said Jorge has always been better than Vale please give me a break. He may be quicker over one lap but Vale did him in 2009 on equal bikes and tyres. Yes equal bikes, there is a quote where Jorge says as much so thats another conspiracy theory busted. As for professor x you have to be the most deluded poster i've ever seen on here. Bridgestone don't hold personal testing sessions for Rossi and the fact is Marc and Dani have no problems getting 60 degree lean angle so its Jorges setup that is the problem, or his riding. Why people go out of their way to demean a guy who has 186 podiums is beyond me. For all you Rossi haters I suggest a quick look at the results section of motogp site. Go choose a random year between 1996 to 2014 and see whos name is consistently at the

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: Bradl cost me a podium

The Bradl move was unfortunate but Vale scuppered his own chances after gaining 2nd place early on and then losing it a few corners later. Reminded me of Qatar last year when he knew he had the pace to fight for the win but cocked it up early on and had to fight back. After so many years in the doldrums you cant really blame him for getting over excited, lets hope for a slightly calmer Vale on the tracks he loves!

MotoGP » 'I wasn't thinking' says 'distracted' Lorenzo

Dovi summed it up nicely by saying it seems like 'life or death' for Jorge to be in front of the Honda's at the moment. He really needs to calm down and go back to his old ways. Remember when he would go out in practice and do 6-7 laps in a row. Now he is coming in all the time and throwing tantrums. The championship is as good as gone but if he goes on a nice run you never know.

MotoGP » Rossi revels in old school MotoGP thrills

"unfortunately that little gap marquez pulled on Rossi on the final lap..." It was really the penultimate lap that cost Vale he was 6 tenths down on his previous 3 laps and last lap. Had he done a 1 min 55 on the 2nd last lap it could have been a totally different story. I've not watched the race again to see why he lost that time but no doubt it was due to the passing.
