WSBK » Haslam seizes initiative in Portugal

@ hd22 it is the pinnacle of racing. closer races, guys that go out there fairing to fairing, tyre to tyre. stoner/lorenzo/pedrosa/ de puniet / melandri/kallio/hayden. all good riders, but stick them in WSBK? are they any better than say haga / fabrizio / haslam / guintoli / etc etc. different classes that can't be directly compared except to say that the racing in WSBK is twice as exciting as motogp (and i love motogp).

MotoGP » Spies, Edwards go bump in the night

@BenS pies that is exactly the sort of comment that gets peoples backs up. we are all entitles to our opinion however not only have you greatly exagerated bens chances this year, you then diss rossi by claiming he is only better due to the machinery. rossi? possibly the 'GOAT'. i have ben down for a win this year, but not the championship and rumour has it that ben, a yamaha employee, has access to the factory parts as apose to edwards. so if ben beats colin this year the argument coud stand that it is down to the machinery. :-o

MotoGP » Spies, Edwards go bump in the night

@ hoppy i think we can all be guilty of it sometimes. there are riders i just can't stand and it is for stupid reasons. having said that i think ben spies is a great representative for the sport and agree that his attitude is just right. i think he and colin will form a great garage but will battle each other to the end. no more in fighting at Tech 3 like when colin and JT were at each other (although it seemed to spur colin on but totally destroyed JT). i don't think ben could have a better mentor to learn from in his first year.
