WSBK » Ducati tops Jerez WSBK test

Paul Jones: It's a lovely looking bike, but who's idea was it to put the exhaust there?? It looks like they have designed this work of art & then though oh ****** what about the exhaust, lets cut out a bit of the fairing & put it there! I understand the centre of gravity stuff but my god!
Actually a low centre of gravity is not what you want on a motorcycle, you want a higher centre of gravity to make the bike easier to change direction.

F1 » Raikkonen paid ‘a big price’ for Magnussen error

R.L.Felix: If the drivers can get points on their licence why not the team? X penalty points = 1 Constructors point.
In some circumstances a manufacturers point deduction is fair. Say Red Bull get a 10 point manufacturer points deduction for this and that costs them 2nd in the standing and Ferrari beat them at the end of the year, the money they'd lose from finishing 3rd instead of 2nd would be a vast sum of money. That doesn't really seem fair for a split second accident. People make mistakes, we're not perfect...

MotoGP » Scott Redding - Q&A

SwissJudge: He needs to aim for about 70kgs. I have seen recent pictures of him and he does look much thinner (certainly less than 78kg) but he still needs to loose more weight.. If Redding sorts his weight out he will win a motogp WC.
I too have seen some of the pictures - just because Redding is thin doesn't mean he is now lighter, if anything he is heavier because his muscle mass has increased a lot over winter. Also a lighter rider doesn't mean a MotoGP world champion...look at Dani Pedrosa.

MotoGP » Scott Redding - Q&A

AmIEviL: @Joeski I cant see Redding landing a Factory RCV unless Gresini are fielding two of them and dropping the customer bike.
Gresini can't run 2 factory bikes, the current rules state there are only allowed to be 4 bikes per manufacturer, meaning LCR would lose out on their factory satellite entry.
