I think it's safe to say that if Nori wins Race 1, he will have sowed up the championship. 15 points in one race is a pretty insurmountable lead - and I don't see Nori as the crashing type to throw that lead away in race 2. I know that Ben has experience clinching championships in the last race weekend of the year. I honestly wonder sometimes if Ben purposely decided that he wanted to come in to Portimao trailing in the fashion he is, just to make the final weekend that much more thrilling for everybody! I don't think anyone would be that crazy, though.

"Magny Cours is a Pelican!!!! " That's exactly what I was thinking. It totally looks like a snub pelican beek. So My question is, how well do the Ducati generally do at Magny? That could be a pretty good indication of how well either Haga or the Spies does.

Well, best of luck to the Samurai of Slide. I'm a big Spies fan, but Haga is impressing me with his mind-over-matter gumption. Hope he races well in both races, and doesn't exacerbate his injuries further.
