MotoGP » Ben Spies: I put the blame firmly on myself

lol Oh please. He's been fast in the 1st 2 sessions and has been battling with the leaders. If he crash in the 3rd session and had been slow in the first 2 than I could see a need to worry. But no that's not the case. Because his #2 bike had some issuses that couldn't be fixed in a timed session is nothing to get all bent out of shape about and say the sky is falling.

BSB » Brands Hatch Indy - Free practice times (2)

Son of a bitch!!!! Who are the liars who were saying Splitlath got their act together this year?! I went out on a limb and took Johan Laverty last in Crash.net MCN fantasy league because I had spent all my cash on other riders in other series (I also have the FAST Laverty in BSB too). And after reading that Splitlath had hired some real motorcycle people to the team after the disaster of last season I was feeling good about my pick. But they are sucking donkey balls right now! I want answers!!!!!

MotoGP » Qatar MotoGP, Losail - Friday practice (1)

Last I read Barbera was on the bike that was introduced at the Valencia test last year. Rossi is not on the bike. Remember they said his bike was 95% new at Sepang I test? If Barbera is on the Valencia bike than it is the "old bike" compared to the factory kit because they have moved on. I think Rossi only tested the Valencia bike once and I didn't think Hayden rode it at all because he was injured.

MotoGP » Hayden third on opening night, Rossi stays 'hard'

Sorry to say but this is not looking good at the moment. If you guys can remember the Jerez test, Jorge and Dani did a race simulation of 27 laps and they set pretty low times (close to their best laps) toward the end. Actually Jorge cut his best lap on lap 25 of 27 and Dani's last lap was only .022 off his best lap. Rossi only did 14 laps on his long run and his times were increasing lap after lap before he pulled in. His last 5 laps were way off his best lap. The 13th lap was almost a full second off. If Rossi tires are going off early and his understeer is getting worst after a hand full of laps over a race distance than Ducati is in more trouble than we think. Ducati has some work to do on set up for a race distance.
