I've read a many a modern racer say just looking at the old race bikes with wooden brakes, rock hard pencil thin tires, and suspension that's as good as a 2 X 4 plank of wood makes them piss their pants at the thought of racing one. And what they think about the old armco and hay bale old "circuits" is a different story all together...........

correct M The Moto2 engine will have the same mounting points as a stock cbr600 but IT WILL NOT BE A CBR600 engine. It will be a sealed purpose built 600 just for Moto2.

Let's not forget that "guy" NEVER surpassed that result in 2 full years. Let's not forget that Spies has already equalled that "guy" best result of 6th - last year on a Suzuki. Let's not forget that "guy" got blown away this weekend by Spies after a couple of hours on the bike he's been riding all year. Let's not forget to forget that "guy".............

"Can't really understand why they'd change the firing order when Stoner has been tearing the balls of his opposition lately" The same reason they change anything in MotoGP or F1 -to see if it's better. The whole point of testing is to find something that works better. If it's better they will use it if not they will junk it.

I just saw this on superbikeplanet "After his bold statements to the BBC about Yamaha being forced to choose between he and teammate Jorge Lorenzo for 2011 and a possible ride with Ducati, Valentino Rossi is now backpedaling as quickly as possible from those statements. Rossi took a shotgun approach to the story, telling the MotoGP press that the statements were taken out of context, hypothetical and that he has no control over what Yamaha does, anyway. He said that he has never spoken to anyone at Ducati about riding there and just mentioned Ducati as possible suitor in sort of a 'thinking out loud' fashion."
