Let's hope that first Casey gets better and secondly that he will continue to make the title fight interesting. And let's hope the "fans" lay off the "oh he's faking it" BS.

What did Valentino Rossi mean?

NOTHING NEW?! When the last time a MotoGP rider or multi time Champion has said if his team resigns a rider THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE that he's leaving?!

This is a mistake by Rossi. Usually he plays his cards close to his chest. Jorge could have left but he said he wanted to beat the best in the same team on the same bike and for Rossi to come out now in public and not behind closed doors and says he really doesn't want any part of that is WEAK. Whatever psychological advantage (if any) that he had on Jorge is completely out the door. Actually Jorge is probably laughing his a55 off. It's one thing to keep the wall up but it's another to come out and say it's him or me. How is a multi time champ going to let someone run him out of his own team? Just whip his a55 on the track next year and let it work it's way out.

What did he mean? "I'm pissed that Yamaha let Jorge break the deadline they gave him to resign time and time again and let him sign a 1year deal that they didn't let me sign - I had to sign for 2yrs. And on top of that they agreed to give him an equal bike as mine which pretty much says that our bikes were not equal - so now I have to deal with that. He's the fastest teammate I have ever had and it's getting a bit to close. I don't really want to go Ducati because I know changing factories with so limited testing is a gamble but I have to put some kind of fear in Yamaha. I hope next year that Jorge and Spies are not so fast because Yamaha will call my bluff. Jeez"

Ben Spies sixth on Tech 3 debut.
Motogp.com (article about Jorge leading early testing today) says that Edwards is finished testing for the week because of illness.

bradduecetre I'm a huge Spies fan and have been following him since he was on 600s. But I can't see him placing 4th next year. I hope he will but I wouldn't bet any money on it.

Tech 3 names Moto2 riders, Romagnoli joins.
1 agrees.
Good to see Yuki back in action and de Rosa is an up and comer. It looks like they have some very experienced crew chiefs on board that should really help the project out.

Aoyama turns off electronics for MotoGP debut.
3 disagree.
kneedragon1962 er, I guess you don't read the part where I said the electronics and anti wheelie smooth out power delivery on acceleration? There is no point in setting up a bikes rear suspension and geometry to deal with the power dealivery without the elctronics because he's never going to race without it. And the only way the engine upsets the bike in braking is with engine braking from compression but with slippery clutches and the engine management there is none or next to none on a MotoGP bike. Nothing wrong with him seeing how the bike handles and accelerates without the TC though. I would assume it would be a more normal feel to him if he's never used it.

Suzuki 'delighted' with Bautista MotoGP debut.
lol. Funny you mention that. I was just on the site to look at some pics. The ones I saw (2009 gallery) the exhaust didn't have any branding and I didn't see any Yosh patches on the riders leathers or stickers on the bike. But I didn't look at them all. Under their partners they don't list any exhaust manufactures so I don't know.

El I don't they Suzuki has used Yosh outside of the AMA in any series. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't recall Yosh being on any of their other bikes.
