F1 » van der Garde reaches agreement, takes parting shot at Sauber

@Sunny She may have done it deliberately to save the team and is publicly taking the flack and it was perhaps an agreed course of action with all the team stake holders. No one knows that and the fact is, it reflects extremely badly on her at a corporate level and a professional level. It also morally reflects badly on the team owners. I don't want Sauber to disappear at all, I just think they brought the sport into disrepute and usually in the private sector someone has to carry the can...unless you work in the finance sector. Maybe you've got a wee thing for Monisha :) your defending the indefensible IMO.

F1 » Alonso to get simulator run ahead of Malaysian GP

George Zaidan:
Tomco: On a more serious note - Im finding the whole Alonso thing very mysterious. Did he suffer head injuries ? Or is it that he doesnt want to drive until the car is sorted ?
he'll have to skip the season then. OT: is thinking of charging internet users for using their site in the future? they are getting as daft as the FIA lol
Well that's a failed business venture as the site is rubbish.

F1 » van der Garde reaches agreement, takes parting shot at Sauber

Taz: @richard "saubers contra claim was that vdg breached the contract." Two courts ruled in his favour and an appeal judge. Still, you are a legal expert so that's fine.
two courts did not rule on the issue. one court (swiss) did, but the oz court case was about the impelmentation of the judgment of a court in another juridstiction. i am not claiming to be a legal expert, but i do have training in contract law. it was YOU who said that vdg had a valid contract. so maybe it is you who is the legal expert? :D
I didn't say, the court said :)
