WRC » Meeke has "no idea" about future

scenic: I can't believe Kris won't get a seat next year . He's the only guy that can get amongst the VWs. I'd like to see him at MSport on a two year.
He's speaking to Hyundai apparently.
Nueville has a year left on contract, Paddon has three year deal and Sordo is signed next year so his options at Hyundai are limited. Deserves to be there [in the wrc] next year.
Nueville must be shaky ground, every contract has performance clauses. He didn't pop in to say hello. Hopefully m-sport will pick him up.

F1 » Williams to appeal Massa DQ, believes FIA is wrong

mrfill: Thing is, the big advantage was running the tyres at a lower pressure. In this case the tyre was over the limit and the temperature was so high that Pirelli stated it was likely to damage the carcass. Also it was only one tyre affected and this does not look like any kind of cheat. Why would having one tyre at a higher pressure help? Try it in your own car and see if it is better. It won't be. This looks like either a measuring problem or, less likely, a blanket fault. A DQ is usually the case with a technical infringement, In the Merc case, there was a measuring problem as the rules were woolly.
Dangerous in cars, can be lethal on bikes as I almost once found out. Over pressure is always worse as it can cause excessive slip.

F1 » ‘Not the most exciting race’ for Ricciardo

richard: all teams suffered from the same tyre degrade, and rbr , like all other teams, had to switch to a 3 stopper. so to say it was the teams fault is silly. the only cars to stick with a 2 stopper were kimi and maldo. the 3 stopper seemed to work for kvyat, and he showed ricciardo how to drive, yet again. ricciardo must have been taking lessons from lulu....when you dont do well, blame the team.
To be fair Riccardo started way back but regardless, Kvyat has matched him of late. Ferrari have gone backwards since Seb joined...(cough) Another tough year ahead for Red Bull.
