F1 » Channel 4 scores healthy figures for live F1 TV debut

Not sure what Suzie Wolff added, yes she's pretty but so is Lee Mackenzie and she's very good at her job. Guess Toto is her hubby and it gets them decent access to the evil empire. Her accent is bizzare. Agree with the EJ comments, the Bernie interview was pathetic. DC's patter is excellent and Webber seems to be slipping into that role pretty comfortably.

F1 » Alonso reveals collapsed lung, rib fractures

Taipan: I'm not surprised that a crash of that magnitude caused injuries but how the hell did he manage to get out, act normal and even do interviews? I've cracked my ribs before and it's highly unpleasant!
Probably was in shock at the time. Although he walked out of in field care with new clothes on and talked with the reporter. Something is not adding up.
Are you saying he's faked broken ribs and a punctured lung to avoid work? I've pulled a few sickies in my time but usually use the food poisoning excuse. Mind you, Ron can be tough on his employees. I'll try cracked ribs next time :p

F1 » Suzi Perry: F1 is kneejerk, MotoGP more methodical

Seakay: What we need is a new Formula, the problem with F1 is that in many respects it has no completion so can indulge itself in whoever pays the most money or has the most influence. If we had another recognised worldwide open single seat Formula with v8/10/12 cylinder engines F1 would be dead.
Going to the classic Monaco GP this year, I don't like the current Formula that much and the way the sport is run even less so, going to see some cool looking great sounding racing cars instead.
