Genuinely curious to see how the personalities gel in this setup, despite his back tracking Lauda had some pointed critisim of Hamilton (to say the least), both have an ego and Lauda suffers from foot in mouth disease at times. The need to show improvement this year and be title challenging or at least winning a decent few races in 2014 or Merc will pull the plug. Plenty at board level don't want this team. Better hope they can sell as many AMG's in China using Hamilton's name as they did with Schumacher.
