F1 » Wolff calls for ‘transparency’ at Mercedes

Taipan:
rob01: the team also said that seb pressed the over take button which shut the car down. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and again. i wonder if he pushed the button to ram the Sauber?
You seem to be suggesting that pressing the overtake button at the start was in some way the wrong thing to do. I would imagine that if the button said press this for a guaranteed engine system meltdown he would have decided against it. Does Lulu's Merc have a button that says press this to spin like a complete noob in qualifying by any chance? Oh wait that's not a button it's his brake pedal that says that!!
i was repeating what the team said. why so testy? And you must have enjoyed the 720 Seb did in practice. He was going to try it again in Q3 but sadly could not advance and was sidelined cheering for Dan. Genius with the car as you and Richie point out so often.

richard: yes, and he was told to shut down the engine. shock ,horror! he disobeyed instructions and used his playstation skills to reboot the computer, allowing him to continue. surprised that there are none on here moaning about him disobeying an order!
