F1 » Horner: F1 rules used to change to slow Red Bull

107SS2009: The RBR's era of dominance was a totally different kettle of fish to this year's Mercedes WO5 domination, The RBR's dominance was a constant battle between the rule makers and the rules interpretation stretchers, in that era there was no attempt from RBR to hold back the competition or prevent others from giving them any competition, while in this year's Mercedes WO5 dominance the other teams had accepted that Mercedes had done a better job and that it was not possible for them to catch up as per the rules, Mercedes were doing their outmost to prevent having any competition for the second year running/ preventing others giving them any competition for the second year running.
They didn't hold back the competition because as Vettel said. They will never know what we have done. Teams admitting what a great job Merc did and then sticking a hand out is begging. I am also clearly surprised at some on these boards siding/wanting parity in F1 through ru

F1 » ‘I don’t care’ if double points decides F1 title – Rosberg

Taipan: No favouritism, yeah right.
All i read then was opinions. The driver got fined by the team because he made no effort to avoid a crash which cost the team points which in turn i imagine cost the team money. Typically in work, if I screw up, I get in trouble for it. I expect the FIA found no problem with it because it was two team-mates crashing into each other. I imagine if it was Rosberg crashing into a Red Bull or whatever and the other team complained it would've had FIA intervention. Have the FIA stepped in before when Lewis crashed into Jenson or when Seb crashed into Mark as team-mates? Yes, Toto let out a grin but we don't know how delayed it is. You can tell when watching it on TV and the race director goes to a shot with a TV in the background that the image we see is delayed so really he could've been smiling about anything. Obviously don't let that get in the way of proving your point though. Yep, and it's no

F1 » ‘I don’t care’ if double points decides F1 title – Rosberg

Taipan: Rosberg doesn't really deserve the championship, even though Merc have obviously favoured Lulu, Rosberg has made too many errors. But the thought of Lulu going to Abu Dhabi with a 49 point lead, his car breaking down on the last lap and Nico taking the championship by a point is a possibility and my God it would be hysterical. Can you imagine the meltdown Lulu and his cheerleaders would have? *Rubs lucky rabbit foot, please let it happen, please let it happen*
That would be almost as funny the time Massa crossed the finish line over joyed, over whelmed and then the tears flowed for week, years and a matter of fact until this very day. Are you talking that kind of funny??
