F1 » Wehrlein to test Force India in Barcelona?

107SS2009: Danyboy, Shortly after the Belgian GP rumours started doing the rounds that a meeting took place at Mercedes which could spell the end of Lulu tenure with the team, in the preceding weeks Rosberg signed a multi-year deal up to 2017, but plans were then put on hold in regards extending Lulu’s contract beyond 2015, at the time “The Guardian” reported (5th September) that those in Stuttgart were not happy with the level of remuneration they were paying Lulu and so any new deal would require Lulu to take a pay cut.
There was mention of Lewis taking a pay cut before signing a new contract with McLaren. Only to find out he signed with Merc for a lot more.

F1 » The future of F1: HAVE YOUR SAY

ProfessorDave:
rob01: Get rid of Bernie is the answer. There are sponsors and potential teams not entering F1 due to his presence. Paying 100 million not to go to jail eliminates a large group of entities with deep pockets from joining due to ethic rules in their companies. The other half of the cancer must go.
How about some positive suggestions from you on how Formula One can be changed to make it more exciting?
No need for fantasy. Mine is the real solution. And i consider it a positive. Removing cancer.

F1 » F1: Drivers banned from in-season helmet design changes

I should add that they must think we are idiots. Yet we find when practice is held, when qualifying is held, what channel, what time zone, what network. Not too mention the online extras for interviews, results, sector times etc. Yet we get confused when the helmet changes color. It shows how far behind the power curve F1 is. Add that the troll hates the Internet and you can see someone else needs to head the sport.

F1 » F1: Drivers banned from in-season helmet design changes

Nascar and Indy Car not only allow different helmets. They allow different paint schemes for the car for special races. And no one complains about not being able to follow their drivers or teams. In fact a special color or promotion on the car draws attention to the driver and team. It also creates one offs for sponsors who want to promote their brand in certain regions. Which in return creates additional cash flow for the team. Bernie isn't going to allow any of that.
