F1 » Bianchi 'critical but stable' after crash

107SS2009: You are correct in that, having no opinion would be detrimental to any forum , but that still means your opinion means ZILCH. But on the other hand it does mean it makes our friend roBO1 a happier man.
Yes much happier to hear someone using their gray matter. And his and my opinion mean more than zilch. That comment is not very nice.

Taipan: I'm well aware that having an opinion on this subject is sadly not welcomed from some quarters, I'm sure Rob has noticed that as well fortunately I don't really care if my opinion is welcomed or not, I'll share it regardless. According to Flagmarshal.com double waved yellows means "Great danger. Slow down considerably. Be prepared to suddenly change from the projected racing line, or take other evasive action including stopping if necessary. No overtaking. " But according to Sunny moving the car being recovered 1 meter over an invisible line merits bringing out the green flag "danger over, all clear, continue racing" So moving the car by a meter or perhaps less takes a situation from extremely dangerous to perfectly safe? IF that's the rule it's effing ridiculous.
AMEN

I will look at the rule book. I think ANY flagman that sees a horrific crash close by their flag stand should react with at least double yellows. I seem to be in the same company as Taipan so I feel good about my opinion. Even though I am wrong by the rule. Also remember when a track worker craned a driver back into a race? They are not always the brightest.

There is something that eats at me when I know a man has possibly been killed and see green flags. And I said it was my opinion and you can argue all you want that the rule is correct. You will have the rule to defend your position. I am talking about common sense. Your right when saying he could have been waving any flag in the world but it doesn't sit right with me.
