F1 » Vettel: Difficult to be right there from beginning

richard:
George Zaidan:
rob01: Alonso said the same thing for 5 years.
remember Rob, Vettel's hero was also able to turn around Ferrari... try being positive for a change even if the finger gets under your skin, nothing stays the same
dont worry george. rob is still smarting that ferrari have replaced his idol, for a better one.
Ferrari lost an asset when FA left. No way Vettel matches the effort FA put in for 5 years. Fernando has double the gray matter of the finger and much tougher skin. Vettel ran from Red bull with tail fully tucked.

F1 » No immediate pressure for new Hamilton contract – Wolff

107SS2009:
grantrd: It doesn't really matter who drives that car.... My grandmother could win a race in it....
Exactly, That is why I have said before that Mercedes has won the least impressive championship in the past 25 years in formula 1, and add to that, in the past eras of formula 1 car dominance there was not one when teams were not allowed to catch-up.
They can catch up now. The tears and begging buckets can be put up til needed again. Secondly its the most impressive championship on record as Ferrari and Renualt were beaten so badly it caused Ferrari to throw EVERYONE out of the building. That's how impressive it was.

107SS2009: Rob’s real love is for FERRARI, as such most of those involved with/at FERRARI receives the his same tender love the amount depends on the ranking up the ladder. But this (his) is all hot air as if ever FERRARI will give his Lulu a seat FERRARI will gain a new tifoso, as easily as the transition from mclaren to Mercedes was.
Its was more of a Mercedes to Mercedes move. And I do appreciate Ferrari but didn't care for them picking up Alonso for my own reasons. And reasons I thought a team like Ferrari would never embrace. Vettel being there is fine by me and hopefully he recovers from his near quitting of F1 and memories of Dan. I should add that I own two nice time pieces bearing the Ferrari logo given to me by a very close friend. I wear them proudly.

F1 » Ferrari reveals SF15-T

107SS2009:
rob01: To end the year it was said that the Ferrari nose most closely matched or fell in line with the rules. And that others would need to make more of a change to fall in line for 2015. But the new release shows the Ferrari nose changed and slightly hung over the front wing tray. I thought the extention or over hang was to be eliminated.
Rob, Technically speaking the 2014 F14T nose was the closest from on the grid to the 2015 nose rules while the furthest away was the WO5 nose. [\blockquote Yes, but what about the overhang. I thought that was to be even with front wing tray (wing)?

F1 » Ferrari reveals SF15-T

107SS2009: From what we have seen so far all went for longer noses, some more pleasing to look at them others, rumours doing the rounds this morning said that the RB11 failed crash test concerned the new nose which is said to be short and contain a small bulb.
Maybe another rubber control system like the one they used illegally last year in the front wing.
