'To lose Silverstone would be to destroy F1 heritage'
Not trying to be down on Fred 1 but are you Yoda ? Judging by your last comment. Surley the govt is in enouth s--t without adding to it. Anyway how is there still a Hungarian GP that has to be the most boring race of the year. A few years ago we priced going to the British GP and found out it was cheaper to go to Le Mans for the weekend. So how does that work ??

It all smacks of motor racing snobbery. Why should there be a British GP? Its my ball and i'm not playing comes to mind!! Is it not time to move on and stop living in the past? The facilities at the last round of the season were out of this world there is no way on this earth that silverstone can compete with that they are still in the dark ages. As for government investment that has to be a no brainer the uproar that it would cause would be incredible.

FIA examining legality of Toyota F1 departure
1 agrees.
What a surprise ! Just how much money can you put into something without getting any results? Toyota has alsov tried to do the same in sportcars in the past. It shows there is something wrong further up the ladder. After all TWR did a great job with Jaguar after three or four years.
