MotoGP » Report: Valentino Rossi to quit MotoGP?

Chances of a WC with Ducati this year: 0 Chances of a WC with Ducati in 2013: 30% Chance of a factory Honda in 2013: small Chance of a factory Yamaha in 2013: 25% Chance of a WC with Suzuki in 2013: 0 Chance of a WC with a CRT in 2013: 0 If you look at the next few years the chance of winning anything without a ****load of contract crap, sponsor crap, building a bike from scratch (Suzuki), etc are very slim. What are the odds that if he is given a factory Honda or Yamaha he will get all the necessary updates to compete with a Stoner or Lorenzo? Honda already has problems with a bike + team for Marquez. Because he can't replace Pedrosa in his rookie year. And Yamaha already have more riders than bikes for next year. The chance that Ducati can compete for the win next year, especially with a rev cap changing the engine demands again is pretty small. So I wouldn't blame him for walking away. He has proven what he can do. Not much chances to add anything more. And it is not his job to c

WSBK » Furious Effenbert Liberty team slams WSBK

You think riders are completely stupid? If all ignore the Pirelli advice for intermediates. Who is wrong then? The riders, including a couple of WSBK and BSB champions, who have been on the track. Or the Pirelli boys who sit behind their computer screens and claim that their computer simulation thinks the intermediate is better. What the F is Pirelli thinking? Slap in the face of all the riders. They brought old wet tires, up to 5 years old. And those were incapable of dealing with the situation. While their inters were not good enough for the wet highspeed corners. Blame the crap schedule instead. Assen in April is always a disaster. And now this crap in spring at Monza. Do it in the summer or late summer. Go race in sime dessert or at the other side of the world in the spring.

MotoGP » Hayden: It was fun for a couple of laps

The only people who can ride the Duc appear to be people who have early experience with dirttracks. No brakes, heavy pushy engine and too much torque to put down at once. Hayden has been doing it since the age of 3. Stoner has been doing it since the age of 4. Rossi has been racing karts when he was young and then Switched to mini moto's. Melandri did minimoto's and motocross. When you have to catch up at a later age you will never get the feel for it like when you learn it before you can really talk properly. Maybe that explains why Stoner could adapt to the Duc so naturally and Hayden could perform better than Melandri.
