IndyCar » Indy 500: Franchitti is three-time champ

It's becoming a recurring feature of the IndyCar Series: Dario Franchitti, or Mr. Perfect as he is known inside the IRL, chops another driver and goes unpunished. He's lucky Sato got out uninjured, or he'd be feeling a lot worse. Anyone remember St. Pete? The guy's a douche and a phony, and he makes me sick. Go back to sucking and barely qualifying at the Sprint Cup and to posting mid-pack places in Nationwide, the world would be better off that way. This is close to being the last straw for me as far as watching IndyCar is concerned. I don't think I'll spend many more sundays watching a championship in which the rulebook is constantly rewritten to suit Mr. Franchitti's behaviour. I just hope Power wins it anyway. God, it would rock. And it would showcase the incompetence of the IRL, not even managing to get their guy to the title despite actively sabotaging other drivers.

MotoGP » Vote for Valentino Rossi’s best looking MotoGP bike

I have to say that I loathe both the 2011 and 2012 Ducatis. I think they looked much better in 2007-2010, with all Marlboro red liveries. Marlboro has always made cars and bikes look awesome, even with their name absent. I feel the lighter red since 2011 is too pale, not nearly as fierce-looking as previously. My favourites from Rossi have to be the two Nastro Azurro Hondas and the Camel Yamaha. Just absolutely stunning looking things. The 2003 Repsol Honda deserves a pop too, though the 2002 was terrible - the background colour was just not right. The Gauloises Yamahas were fine too, while I thought the worst of them all were the FIAT Yamahas - ugly, ugly, ugly... Did I say ugly?

WRC » Prodrive confirms 'significant' MINI upgrades

Dear SAMMY, Clearly it is financially more viable for Prodrive to run Sandell. But I'm sure they wouldn't object to running Meeke if you or anybody covered the costs. Why don't you then? You can't? Well, that's too bad. You know, integrity and sporting ability is all and well, but no one's gonna run an operation that's bleeding money. It's not lack of scrupules, it's just plain rationality.
