RECOMMENDED COMMENT
18 agree.
7 disagree.
Haha, BCE is the best!
EDIT: Maybe you guys should read the article before you comment, he clearly states that it was unfortunate that Senna died, but that his death paradoxaly brought F1 to people who would normally never watch F1.

Virgin to the Manor born?
1 agrees.
Branson thinks he can find another pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I dont think there's much chance of Manor having the same success as Brawn have had this season, even tho Nick Wirth is massively talented. Bransons company would probably not get any more publicity than what Kingfisher is getting now, and thats not alot in my opinion. About the only time they show a Force India is when its being lapped

POLL: Should British GP be held at Donington or Silverstone?
@Alan D: The reason why there was no overtaking at Silverstone is because there are no obvious spots to overtake, no real braking zones, and there's this high speed corner section right before the longest straight, ensuring that the cars are at least 0.75 seconds away from each other when they enter it. Hopefully there will be some real braking zones for formula one cars at Donington.

FIA launches legal action against FOTA
2 agree.
Just for the record, the FIA aren't concerned about 'the teams' as some people have said. All they want is Ferrari, anyone else would be a bonus. Which ever championship that has Ferrari in it will win, end of. Posted by Alec X - Unregistered (7 minutes ago) Absolutely, F1 IS Ferrari. And Im not even a Ferrari fan, im a Porsche fan (you might know that Ferrari is Porsches nemesis)

FIA backs down with 'amendments' to F1 rules
2 agree.
5 disagree.
Also, you guys seem to think that the FOTA wants to break away. they really, really dont. Its the F1 BRAND that makes it worth participating for them. If they break away and start their own series it will have no heritage and almost no marketing value for the big teams. The teams REALLY REALLY wants to continue to participate in what they know as F1, altho not what the governing body sees as the future of F1. This isnt about protesting nazi hookers or the fact that bernie ecclestone is below average height and has grey hairs. Its not about being mavericks and rebels. Its about money.

Treluyer: I didn’t stand a chance
“Then I started to get back into a normal rhythm but as I approached the La Foret curves the car suddenly went light and snapped sideways. I did not have the chance to be slowed down by the gravel trap as the car took off straight away.” Another case of sideways flying prototypes?

Webber: Silverstone better than Brazil - and Donington.
1 disagrees.
I totally agree andrewm, Silverstone is a really terrible circuit. First of all its totally flat, and it doesnt even have any interesting corners. Cant think of a single race from silverstone that i enjoyed watching. Some people are conservative for the sake of being conservative, just remember its not worth conserving something bad just for the sake of conserving it.

Prodrive, Lola, Lotus expecting further 'twists and turns'
2 agree.
I dont care much about prodrive tbh, but I'm quite surprised that Lola wasnt given a spot, surely they have the technical expertise to manufactor a formula one car. Instead they give the spot to a team which isnt even going to manufactor their car themselves, but are leaving it to Dallara!
