I wouldn't have had that last lap anyother way, at the time I hated it and could barely look but when the commentors started saying something along the line of 'Is that Glock, is that Glock? Oh my gooodness it's Glock, Hamilton is back in position. He comes through and if I'm right he's got 5th place which is all he needs to...' 'Yes!' I was SO happy!:D Has to be THE most dramatic championship deciding race ever! :)

No, by the tyre compound thing I meant that noone is going to be allowed to use only one set of tyres. Therefore I don't think that it will be such a huge disadvantage for those who are harder on their tyres simply coz all have done a 1 stop at some point in their F1 careers and it won't, tyre wise, be any different to that. :p

Everyone's making a big thing out of Hamilton being hard on his tyres so will therefore fail next year but, 1) All drivers still have to use both compounds so everyone will still have to change tyres atleast once 2) If Lewis decides to just go for the lap times still he could, potentially, make up the space of a pitstop which will be much shorter. 3) Lewis has never had to be easy on his tyres, I'm fairly sure that when he needs to be he will 4) He made, what was basically, a one-stop work very well in Brazil :p Lewis will be back in 2010!!! :)

But I'm sure that all, especially Vettel, will have learnt some incredibly useful lessons and will not make the same mistakes again. After all it's not like that was Vettel's (or Webber's for that matter) last attempt at a championship fight. :)

Oh, oh, while we're talking about seeing famous people (hehe), the mercedes event on Sunday was AMAZING!!! I spoke to Ross Brawn-such a nice genuine bloke, autographs from him, De La Rosa, DC and Davidson! All of whom couldn't have been any better. Loads of really insightful and trithful interviews too. But obviously the highlight of the day was Hamilton in his 2008 F1 car, he simply performed for the crowd and clearly loved every second of being at the event if only for the massive support he got from everybody. :) :) :)

The emphasis is on the word 'great', 'would be great if we could have another GREAT Senna in F1', not a below average Senna. Just like it would have been good if there had been another GREAT Schumacher, Ralf didn't fill that role but I hope that Bruno can. Explained well enough? :)

I think that Toyota said that they were leaving F1 completly, ie no engines either. :)

Richard- But you could also look at it the other way, McLaren have used some of the parts that they will use for next year so know which work and which don't. Ferrari don't look to have done that so could be working on parts that aren't as advantageous as others. :)

If that's what he really wants to do then that's what I want him to do, however I would definatky miss him on the coverage. I think that him, Eddie and Jake have worked so well together, put them on the coverage and Crofty and Ant on the commentry-perfect team I'd say. Although Ant is going to be driving next year hopefully, ho hum! :)

Richard- Optimism is my fortay! :) McLaren have been working on their car for next season almost as long as Ferrari have I believe, they've already said that next year's car is faster than the one that they had at the end of this season so in my opinion they're looking good and so is Hamilton! :D
