Briatore F1 fate was sealed by mysterious 'Witness X'
The mysterious witness X. On another page I wrote, the WMSC cannot ban FB and PS from working in the sports unless the hearing implicates them fair and square and, without their testimony, the WMSC is unlikely to be able to do so. Well it resulted that PS implicated himself although he said the idea originated from NP, and FB did not admit anything, so what I said was correct, that’s why the FIA came up with witness X. Now for something new, the vise president of the FIA said to day that the outcome of the case was pre negotiated before the hearing took place and now everybody is happy. If roBO1, Rob is on let me know I have some interesting news for you.

FIA announces Renault verdict
Richard yes there are many reports on the net about what happened but what counts is testimony in court which shows that things are not done properly in the FIA

FIA announces Renault verdict
Re the diffuser, As to the FIA’S decision, or lack of courage in taking one, is neither here nor there. I will tell you were it was, it was an opportunity to divide so that one can rule, the FIA cannot operate in a proper way.

FIA announces Renault verdict
Now to clear the air I would like to state that I never had any particular liking for FB, PS, FA or Renault. But People should be more carful before speaking/writing about their personal feelings which of course they have a right too but which most of the time makes them look based and having an axe to grind. I will repeat that the WMSC cannot ban FB and PS from working in motor sports unless the hearing implicates them fair and square and without their testimony, the WMSC is unlikely to have been able to have done so. The fact that they have chosen a way that leads not to testify is irrelevant.

FIA announces Renault verdict
2 agree.
What I cannot understand is how can FB and PS can be banned from the sports, for the WMSC to ban them they would have had to be implicated fair and square but how was the WMSC been able to do so without their testimony?
