I suppose they have solid evidence, if so why don’t they come out with it to eliminate any doubt for or against? But then as long as the two halves cancers of F1 are managing things that’s the way things will be done.

The FIA actions and it’s statements are a farce and are just as corrupted as the corruption they pretend/seem/sound like trying to combat/putting right if not worse. Who believes what they have been and are saying without showing the evidence? The WMSC is being pre conditioned by the two halves cancers of F1 that sits on it as members. Yes divide and so be able to rule, Yes do and say everything with ulterior motives to reach your end, The latest just skidded in at this sitting of the WMSC hearing is the equalization of the F1 engines, but by detuning the top one, I guess that’s the only way to help Cosworth.

A more likely outcome is believed to be a suspended ban and a hefty fine, as was the case with Mclaren. I do not know if they will be found guilty or not, if they are found guilty I do not know what fine/ban they should get. But to compare this case with spy gate is not correct, why? MC was not fired by Mclaren nor did he step down, he was suspended which means he was still a Mclaren employee. Mclaren did contest the case, not once, but twice, and was found/proved to have been laying. The WMSC cannot even ban FB and PS from working in motor sports unless the hearing implicates them fair and square, and without their testimony the WMSC is unlikely to be able to do that.
