I have a cracker of an idea for a high speed track round Aberdeen. How's this sound? Go to a popular web based ariel view hosted by a search engine. The cars could race along Union Street, along Albyn Place and Queen's Road, turn right onto Anderson Drive all the way along to the Haudugan Roundabout and turn right and go along Great Northern Road, eventually turn right onto Berryden Road, turn left onto Hutcheon Street, right onto West North Street, then right again onto King Street, then follow the round onto Union Street for the start finish straight. A power circuit with a bit of heavy breaking and best of all I would be 2 mins from the grid.

Have to say he would fit in well considering he was good in the McLaren when he raced for them previously. And Hannah does loose her temper whenever Hamilton is mentioned.

love F1 - I'm not too hot on the hills around Edinburgh so am not to sure which hills those are. The Cairngorms are mush further north and run from Aviemore to Breamar then merge into The Grampians which come down to just south of Aberdeen.

Mark - I would say that Briatore has had pleanty of chances to prove that he is not the bullying wannbe meglomaniac. His underhand ways go back to 94 when there were illeagal bits on Schumacher's car and other irregularities. I would say that Briatore has had enough chances and is hopefully gone from F1 for good. Sadly, his friendship with the powers that be may well come into play and he will have his punishment reduced, or mabye I am just being cynical.

I have just watched some of the BBC Scotland new (based in Glasgow) and this hasn't had a mention, not even in passing. Me thinks someone is having a (good) laugh with this....
