F1 » Ricciardo wins Hungarian thriller

Good win by Ricciardo but he got extremely lucky with the first SC. That won him the race, good strategy and driving to capitalize on it. This shows to me it's pretty obvious the tire rules are bullshit. Alonso and Rosberg didn't fit the medium tire during the race. Let them race any compound they want at any point in the race.

MotoGP » Stefan Bradl: Right tyres, 'wrong' bike

The thing is, he indeed hasn't delivered what is expected. But aren't podiums on this bike an unrealistic expectation? No offense to LCR, but it's not always the fastest sattelite Honda. The Tech 3 bike is clearly closer to the factory bike than LCR to HRC. Bradl's had some falls, some bad luck and a few decent positions behind the 'aliens'. I don't see how someone like Redding could do any better than that.

MotoGP » Moto2: Espargaro champion, Redding taken out

You wanna know the reason Pol was bad at the start of the season? His team had a lot of trouble finding the right setup because they needed to add extra weight to his bike to comply with the ridiculous combined weight rules. Once they got that sorted, Espargaro beat Redding at pretty much every round except Indy. Every time except that race they got together on track, Espargaro won. He would have won the championship even if Redding didn't get injured.
