I don't know. Pedrosa looks like he's really dialed-in this weekend. Might just be a tall order for Lorenzo. Although Lorenzo just might have to go for it to get maximum pts and finish ahead of Rossi. Rossi is 50 pts ahead and can afford to cruise right now. At least with Pedrosa’s showing this could be a good three-way battle. I sure hope so.

It’s not like Ducati has so many options to consider. Lorenzo didn’t jump and Pedrosa will unlikely jump. For the two newest members, Espargaro qualified 16th and Kallio’s jump to the factory Duc has him doing no better than when he was with Pramac. Actually, Kallio finished just 1 place in front of literal rookie Espargaro. So much for Kallio needing a factory bike to show Hayden up. So how about Ducati stop with the total lack of respect and sign Hayden this weekend and enough of this September announcement BS.

I would have to assume that the only person that might be pleased with Talmacsi’s performance is Takahashi. Robert - Dani absolutely shines every once in awhile. This may be another good showing for him coming up tomorrow. Rossi isn't going to take chances. He wants wins to get to Ago's record for sure but he needs to focus on the championship first and foremost.

Riding for pts. Nothing wrong with that. Rossi is only 50pts ahead and in racing this isn’t necessarily a big lead. Lorenzo has to finish ahead of Rossi so I would believe that come Sunday, Lorenzo will be win or bin. If this Race is wet then Rossi will most likely let Lorenzo go and ride for pts. This is called intelligent racing.

Hey Lord, Have to agree. I was thinking about the lengthy breaks this morning. I've forgotten what the acronym WSBK is. June 28th was Donnington. Followed by 4 weeks to Bruno, July 26, followed by 6 weeks to Germany, Sept 6.

I agree Kenlucky. Good post. The fact is, somewhere in the great state of Kentucky there is the 2006 MotoGP trophy proudly on display. And not too many racers will ever have the privilege of ever being able to do so.
