Hey Nori fan

Let's be clear.

Spies had 25 pts stolen from by the famous Fab torpedo.

Hagi lost 10 pts to Fab.

Case 1: Spies stolen pts were out of his control.
Case 2: Nori lost his pts because he couldn't keep up to his teammate. Well within his control .. just race harder if want to be Champ and not have pts gift wrapped.

Suck it up. Spies by far deserves this Title.

These are always tough calls by Race Direction. There's often a fine line between an over-taking maneuver being under control and one being 'hope for the best'. Race Direction certainly doesnt want to have Racers 2nd guessing themselves and worrying about a fine if they happen to crash and take somebody else along with them. That's part of racing. In hindsight we can all see that this attempt at passing was going to result in a crash so as somebody already pointed out, Iannone's co-co butt to Espargaro handed Race Direction a gift. Espargaro is naturally unhappy. This incident has cost him the difference between 6th and 4th place in the standings.

I believe it's sacrilegious to post articles about cars on a motorcycle forum. Car racing gets far more support and coverage as it is. I like Bayliss and all of his accomplishments but I'm only interested in this car if he cuts it down the middle.

Alaywa - that was good. As soon as I saw the number of posts I suspected that there would be Stoner, Toseland and-or Hayden bashing. There have been many posts citing facts that have been very interesting (many from Dawg-thxs-keep up the work) But at the end of the day for Tech3, no matter what other facts are out there, it doesn't matter what Hayden is doing on a Ducati, or what Edwards did on an Aprilia years before, etc Toseland is in the unfortunate position of being directly compared to his better performing teammate. Rule number 1 in the paddock is you gotta do better than your teammate. Good news is it seems Toseland will get a reprieve and get another shot at Tech3

We can’t deny that when Stoner, Hayden and-or Toseland are in an article that it generates many heated nasty comments and disagree key pounding. I hope we can agree that the San Marino 250 race was far more entertaining than the GP race. Why’s that? Because the 250 race was actually a race from start to finish. So anyone that really likes racing should hope that Stoner makes a triumphant return. They should also hope that Spies can make a successful jump to GP. And lastly, hope that the 250cc graduates make an impact. Anybody that wants to see Rossi run around a course unaccosted isn’t interested in racing and should set-up a choo-choo track and watch his models go in circles.

Nothin' wrong with this boys' ego. Does he wear a virtual reality helmet and his perceived world is quite different from ours? I have to be honest .... this guy just grates on my nerves.

Lorenzo is not full of Sh*t. He's the only one out there that is a consistent threat to Rossi. Dani absolutely held Lorenzo up and how can anyone say the race would not potentially be affected by this? Had Rossi and Lorenzo been actively dicing then anything could have happened. And Dani being honest? He cannot make the pace with the Yamahas ... or should it be .... cannot make pace with Rossi and Lorenzo. Citing the Yamaha clearly indicates that he believes that the pace struggle is related to his bike and not himself. Sure. Like the only thing between Rossi/Lorenzo and Dani is the M1

It's not like Honda had any choice. Who else was there to sign? Dani performs really well on occasion but is not consistent enough to ever threaten for a Title. Dovi is a good consistent 5 to 6th place rider but he'll be under pressure from the new 250cc graduates. Honda has basically acknowledged they have nothing on the Rossi/Lorenzo Yamaha dual and will again settle for 3rd or 4th place in the 2010 standings.

@judge I did misunderstand. I thought the nationality card was being played. Sorry about that. Not only is Rae showing good results but so is his Ten Kate teammate Checa. Hopefully these guys can continue to get into the mix.

@ hole and rxracer. I have to disagree. I believe that Hayden by far gets more criticism. As a minimum, I hope you'll both agree that Hayden's attacks are on a more personal nature. TXToast - case in point.

@ FooAtari Don't try to confuse someone like Taz with trying to get facts. He just wants to be negative and actively hopes someone will not perform. There's a big difference between rooting for your guy vs hoping someone else fails. Taz ... you should be hoping that Spies (currently the only WSBK making noise about going to MotoGP) and the up and coming 250cc graduates make a smooth and very competitive jump. Having many talented riders in the same venue creates good racing. If you're not interested in trying to get a full pool of talented racers then take up 2 headed coin tossing.
