MotoGP » MotoGP testing, weight and brake changes

@McLarenP Normally I would agree with you re: leaving Rossi out of every single post. However, if you have a quick look at and GPone you will find their articles about this topic and how Rossi has influenced this decision as he states that "MotoGP is the only sport where athletes cannot train". No doubt more has been said and done behind the scenes. Also, the VP of HRC said the unlimited testing will only benefit those GP teams based in Europe. In the end, I just want good racing. I would be stunned if these rules will actually allow Ducati to close the gap and battle at the front next year. Here's to exciting racing! Cheers.

MotoGP » Rough day for 'beat-up' Spies, Nakasuga 'pressure'

@Stuart I'm continually amazed by posts claiming riders are "whining" when they are merely stating the obvious. With tons of microphones, cameras and recorders shoved in their face and they are asked "How are you feeling today?" The mere mention of any difficulty or struggle they happen to have with the bike are immediately regarded as whining. What do would you prefer? "I fell off of the bike going 170kph last week, banged my head, got a concussion and a few bruised ribs. Just a minor flesh wound really that has nothing to do with my performance today. Thank you for asking."
