F1 » Massa: FIA should have penalised Rosberg

sprulz: Massa certainly likes seeing other drivers penalized! At Canada, Perez's 10 place penalty "wasn't enough", in Germany, Magnussen should've been penalized and now this. I wonder what kind of circus we'd have if he was a steward.
The Magnussen one's particularly galling as that was 100% his fault. I stand by my opinion that the Perez incident was on him too and claiming contact between the 2 Mercs should have been a penalty as well as his opinions on those former incidents kind of show Felipe's mindset when it comes to racing.

F1 » Rosberg looking for better luck at Monza

WYNK: Here you go In races where neither has suffered a mishap, LH leads 5-1 over NR (LH gets Malaysia, Bahrain, China, Spain and despite being disadvantaged, Hungary, NR gets Canada for looking after a stricken car better than LH, Australia and Britain are no contest due to race car failures, Austria and Germany are no contest due to quali car failures, Monaco is no contest due to NR accidentally screwing LH's attempt at pole) The trouble with objectivity is no-one sees it
Woah woah woah, you cant just exclude Austria and Monaco. They raced each other the whole race both GPs and Rosberg won.

F1 » Alonso: Race was over after penalty

here4thesun2: Did Alonso pit, serve the 5-seconds, then have pitwork done to the car? Or did he come down pitroad, serve the penalty, then come back around to the pits for service? If it is the former, I did not think that is how the penalty is served. Is this the case?
He did the former. He's allowed to take the penalty then do his normal pitstop.

F1 » Hamilton: Rosberg admits he hit me deliberately

I think I'll reserve judgement until Hamilton stops saying the word 'basically' in his argument :P Because that by itself suggests that isn't exactly what Rosberg said but it's how Lewis is interpreting it. I'd fancy that Robserg meant he didn't back out to prove a point but wasn't far enough alongside meaning they collided the way they did. That being said I'll wait until I see the transcript, or something as close to it as possible.

F1 » Perez determined to grasp Spa, Monza podium opportunity

Taz: If the Merc and Willliams cars break down then perhaps.
I honestly believe Mercedes breaking down at Monza is rather likely. Very possible in Spa too. FI should be good at Monza like Williams likely will be. Force India will be happy knowing both Perez and Hulkenberg are good at Monza and Hulk is good at Spa too. Could see a renaissance from these guys at the next 2 races imo.
