MotoGP » Honda, FIM won’t release Rossi-Marquez clash data

ProfessorX:
hoppy: Errr, actually Prof,it was Val who instigated it by deliberately running Marc off the track.
Hanika admitted to running someone off track. When did Valentino admit to doing something he most clearly didn't do? Evidence, something you lack in your obfuscations.
Why do you think Val was given 3 penalty points? Of course he admitted running Marc off.You could clearly see him looking over his shoulder several times and slowing down to run Marc wide to the left of the track. So lets cut the crap about block passes. It doesnt cut the mustard with me and it certainly didnt with Race Direction.

NN93 accelerated in to Rossi, of course they won't release the data, it would prove he instigated his own butt hurt.....ProfX. Errr, actually Prof,it was Val who instigated it by deliberately running Marc off the track. Something he admitted to in his interview with RD. But dont let that get in the way of your little spat. And who the hell is NN93? Is there something wrong with your keyboard or does NN stand for something infantile?

JANUARY 23, 2016 3:09 PM I would agree if he did that in the final turn at Catalunya and he was running him wide into the wall. There was no wall, barrier, or other limitation that made Marquez lean into Rossi. He could have slowed or run wide off track. Running into the rider in front was not his only option, but was the only wrong option. If Val had not run Marc wide, contact would never had been made right? But you go right ahead telling yourself that it was all Marcs fault!

People are nit picking over running wide and running off. Fact is the line Val took and the speed Marc came up from behind,he had nowhere else really to go but off. Val had no business pulling such a move and the powers that be agreed. Race Direction didnt impose those points for a laugh. They didnt make Val start from the back of the grid in Valencia to make the race more interesting. If Val didnt want a hard fight with Marc that day,he should have kept his mouth shut in the press conference Then this sorry episode would never have occurred and Val may well be holding his 10th trophy. He brought about his own downfall on that Thursday in Sepang. But it is now history and things cant be changed. This story will probably never fully go away but i really hope for the sake of the sport that Val and Marc can find a way to draw a line under it and move on.Only time will tell.
