MotoGP » ‘Time is a gentleman’ in Marquez, Rossi rift

You keep claiming that the PROOF exists, but no investigation is going on or will ever go on. How can a helicopter camera be proof of race fixing? This is becoming laughable now mate, give it up. You conspiracy theorists are just clutching at straws and its becoming tiresome now. When Dorna launch an investigation into race fixing,i will sit up and listen. But we all know its not going to happen! EDIT by CRASH.NET! Please stop this long running argument. The matter is over and done with. Different posters have different opinions, so just let it rest.

Look,if there was any shred of evidence that Hrc and Marc Marquez were actively engaged in race fixing, there would be a massive investigation going on right? But there isnt. Why? I will tell you. There is no conspiracy and no race fixing going on except in Vals fans minds because they cant handle the fact that he blew the championship by trying his mind games on again. There always has to be an excuse when Val loses the title. When he wins, its because of talent, racecraft, determination etc etc. But when someone else wins its because Val was injured, the winner had the best bike or unfair advantages blah blah bloody blah. Just accept the fact that Val lost and lets see what happens next year!

Today the results could have been better, but this is OK too. It could have been better if I would have been able to overtake Iannone in the last lap and it was a shame I wasnt able to stay on the podium. I had a good pace and good speed during the race, so arriving in fourth place is a pity, but it was still a good race. We already said that race results was going to be important ten rounds ago, but now its really important and it will be very tough until the last race. These are Vals exact words after the race. No one mention of Marc assisting Jorge. Strange that.

Valentino will have had everything he needed to back him up,he would not have done this if he was not certain and it is only him that could have done it because there is no-one who can scrutinise a race and a rider like he can!.................luvnit. Well, where is this backup evidence then? Noone has seen it have they? As i asked yesterday, why didnt Marc let Jorge win the Philip Island race if he truly wanted to assist him? Why did he win the race himself and take 5 valuable points off Jorge? Whats your answer?

RealRacingCampaign: @ PR I'd say Rossi's lacklustre qualifying (on the strongest bike against the Ducatis, Suzukis & sarellite bikes that have outqualified him on occasion) lends far more support to my opinion than yours. Logically, there's far more reasons why Marquez would NOT aid Lorenzo than why he would. 1. He is a Honda rider 2. He doesnt like JL 3. He was after his own strong season finish before winter. 4. Why should a racer care which of 2 riders he doesnt like, & who ride for a rival factory wins overall? 5. It doesnt make sense for MM to drop back & impede VR at PI & risk losing the win. 6. If MM could 'play' at will like is claimed with VR, it'd only prove VR didn't have the pace to win. As I've said before though, people see what they want to see.
Absolutely spot on mate. But that wont stop the conspiracy theorists!

People accusing Marc of actively assisting Jorge win the title, ask yourself this question. If you were the CEO of a large company and you had an employee who you pay a great deal of money to,and you found out he was helping a rival company to achieve THEIR goals, how long would you keep him in your employ? See where i am going with this? HRC spend millions a year on their machines and riders in an effort to win the Championship. If you really believe Mr Nakamoto would tolerate one of his highly paid employees actively assisting Yamaha Racing, then you are more deluded than i thought.

Marc nearly lost the rear of his bike on 3 occasions and Val nearly lost his front twice during the battle with each other,so lets stop the sh*t that Marc was slowing down the race. Val put out his conspiracy theory and all his fans jumped on it. Do you think Honda would tolerate their top rider actively helping another rider from a rival factory? Get a grip! EDIT by CRASH.NET!
