It is true that Bernie, and less so Max, did benefit the sport early on. It can't be disputed that they've done more to damage the sport the past ten years. It's been at least that long that the fans have felt alienated. Past 5 years especially it seems that most technical rule changes were clearly never thought through exposing the sport to some well deserved ridicule. The race regulations have been left unclear only to be interpreted by race stewards one way at one race and another way the next. FOM has made dubious decisions to expel classic tracks from the calendar adding new ones in unlikely and IMHO undesirable places, leaving continents of fans abandoned. It's time for a change. FOTA!
