''229 because if another team bar Ferrari did that you would be the first to complain look from other teams perspective''

How would i be? learn the rules buddy. he drove the 2007 Ferrari with GP2 tyres. infact teams such as Red Bull, Renault and BMW run old cars with old tyres all the time in their displays they have in different cities, infact they're 2009 drivers do these demos. last week BMW ran a 2008 car at Nurgburgring and i didnt complain once. Ferrari have broken no rules here.

they have also asked the FIA and FOTA for permission to run the 2009 spec car, which hasnt been agreed yet, on the FIA's side atleast. Learn the facts pal

Best driver on the grid? Hmm what does any of this have to do about his skill behind the wheel of a car? Nothing. what if he is telling the truth? what if he knew nothing of this? whatever anyone says, Piquets crash didnt guarantee a Alonso victory, not at all, it was too big of a risk to take no matter what the rewards. People keep going on about Spygate like Alonso was behind it all. thats not true, other parties were at work there, do you really believe Hamilton didnt see the data as well? has anyone stopped to think that this is a ploy by a deranged man like Nelson Piquet SR? you think Alonso is bad, well the senior Piquet is much worse

Rob01 fine you dont like Alonso, but if you think he is the mastermind behind all of this your a fool. please stop with your alonso bashing, you say the same about people bashing lewis, i dont see the difference here. just a question, how is crashing to cause a safety car any different to letting your team mate passed after the last corner to win? thats '' race fixing'' as well is it not? Renault shouldnt be punished IF it is true. This sounds more like a plan from Nelson SR, a hit back at Renault for dumping JR. nothing will come from it, especially if Renault give a large sum to the Piquets. Alan D your comments are spot on as per usual, there is no way to prove this happened

Alonso will be there, and he will destroy Massa. people who think Massa is Ferrari's driver of the future have rocks in there heads, Massa is no leader, thats what Ferrari want and Alonso is that. Fernando, Lewis and Vettel are the only drivers that you can build a team around on the grid, and out of those 3 Fernando is the best. If Massa was a true number one why did Ferrari Sign Kimi? or want Fernando so badly now? if Massa was the chosen one, would they go for a fast number 2 driver to back him up? the thing is, Massa is that number 2, while he is very quick, as last year proved, overall he doesnt have the spark to be ''the guy'' at a Ferrari or Mclaren. thats why they want Alonso

Ghost2912 The only thing is that even if it was a setup, there was no garentee that Fernando would have won. anything can happen in motor racing. who was to say that Fernando would run over Debris of Piquiets car? or he himself made a mistake? While it seems fishy i think its too ''out there'' to be true. but i can see how it looks fishy. Also wasnt Rosberg infront of Fernando but he got a penalty for pitting to early under the safty car?

I hope Loeb does get a drive in Abu Dhabi, and congrats to Citroen for giving him atleast a chance to get a seat. Toro Rosso would be dumb to not let him drive, imagine the press they would get. for those saying that Rossi deserves it as mmuch or more than Loeb, Loeb was alot closer to the pace in his test than was Rossi in his, so why not give Seb a go?. i think he would go pretty well, probably alot better than Badoer

Must be a slow day hey crash? Lewis, good to see your still goin to give 100 percent, but the title should have been out of your mind by Silverstone at the latest.

Ghost2912 Renault brang Alonso in early to get him clear space. nothing illegal about that. ever thought that this thing about Singapore is because the piquets are nasty spitefull p*****? Just a thought mate. Even if it were true, Alonso didnt give the instruction for him to crash. If Fernando gets punished, why shouldnt Piquets JR? afterall he acted on the instructions

i reckon it will be Hulkenberg for certain and either Hekki or Heidfeld next year they are the logical choices. Hulkenberg is too good to let go, if Williams let him go they will miss the boat big time. Hekki will be a good guy for Hulkenberg to learn of, and can bring the car in the points. plus his Mclaren knowledge will be invaliable to Williams. Heidfeld is similar, maybe a bit quicker than Hekki, plus he has a massive amount of experince, which will help Nicolas no boubds. Nakajima has to go, only his Toyota links have kept him in hear for this long

Sukodo Hekki was behind Kubica and Kimi, which meant he had to pass them before he had a shot at Fernando, a tall order even for the best guys, let alone Hekki
